Afyanet
Diseases see no borders. That’s why we’re working under Afyanet - a nonprofit network of National Health Institutes and Research Centers in Sub-Saharan Africa. Afyanet leverages digital solutions to improve outbreak surveillance and forecasting in a cohesive and large-scale manner. .
Afyanet is launching our first prototype in South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Mozambique, and Kenya in collaboration with Mitiga Solutions and National Health Institutes and Reasearch Centers. . Our mobile app, Afya, is a long-term solution to track a range of acute respiratory infections, including COVID-19. It’s available on OIS and Android.
